At S.I. Howard Glass Co., Inc., we mill custom parts utilizing our 3-axis CNC machines, engineering and programming expertise. Our capabilities include edging, dicing, notching, chamfering, steps, radii, holes and other processes where the removal of material and shaping is required. We work with glass and fused silica materials.

Since we are your one-stop shop, we also offer several additional services such as silk screening, tempering, heat strengthening and coating. Waxing, ultraviolet adhesive, custom engineered tooling and fixturing are available. Low, mid and high volume production are supported. Lead times take 2 to 4 weeks and are quoted on job-by-job basis. Our CNC machining services are suitable for optical filter and flat glass parts.
